Patron agrees to purchase one copy of the books published by an author of their choice at library cost, usually a 40% discount. It is understood that the patron will automatically be offered the first circulation of that title, upon payment of invoice.
It is understood all decisions concerning the selection and location of all library materials are the library's responsibility.
