Meeting Room Use and Policy

The West Liberty Public Library offers a meeting space to the public, as long as the room is available at the proposed time; however, library programming will have priority. All library meetings and programs, including those that use our meeting room, are open to the public. To schedule a time, contact the library by calling 319-627-2084. Library hours are M-Th (11 a.m.-7 p.m.), Fri (1-6 p.m.), Sat (Closed), Sun (1-6 p.m.).

Fee

Non-Profits

The meeting room is available to non-profit organizations free of charge. An additional maintenance fee of $25 will be assessed if library staff is used for extended purposes or the room requires extensive cleaning after the ConferenceRoom.jpgscheduled event.

All Other Users During Library Hours

Businesses and For-Profit groups can use the room at a rate of $25 for the first hour and $10 for each additional hour with a maximum fee of $100. If library technology is requested additional fees may apply, An additional maintenance fee of $25 will be assessed if library staff is used for extended purposes or the room requires extensive cleaning after the scheduled event.

All Other Users After Library Hours
