Zoom for You!

The West Liberty Public Library offers patrons and community members free access to Zoom for online meetings, gatherings and get-togethers. Whatever you need, we're here to help you by hosting a virtual meeting!

Zoom is available to businesses and recognized non-profits, and is free to indivduals and non-profits for programming and events. However, we ask that all Zoom meetings occur during library hours so that a staff member can be included in the meeting and available for technical assistance.

The West Liberty Public Library is responsible for having the room ready for all scheduled events, while event sponsors are responsible for all other aspects of event prepartion and staging.

In order to get started, call us at 319-627-2084 or email wllibrary@wlpl.org. We ask event organizers to let us know at least two weeks before an event in order to prevent scheduling conflicts, as well as fill out our Virtual Meeting Agreement form, which will be sent to them upon request via email.

It is the library’s right to move or cancel if needed. The staff will make every reasonable attempt to accommodate requests, as well as moderate online meetings if needed in order to maintain a safe and secure meeting invironment.
